Experience

Renea joined Robert Half’s Executive Search in 2018 and became a principal in January 2022, having focused on executive search for more than 10 years. She started her talent solutions career in full-cycle recruitment of midlevel executives. Renea also brings a history of success managing client relations and developing sales projections, business plans and employee development plans.

Based in The Woodlands, Texas, Renea partners with Robert Half Executive Search managing directors and principals to conduct searches throughout the United States and internationally.
