Bryenne Libby

Bryenne Libby is the Director of U.S. Research Operations for Robert Half Executive Search. Based in the firm's Boston office, she provides research and market intelligence across a wide range of industry sectors for executive operations, financial, sales and marketing, human resources, information technology, engineering, and legal search projects for all Robert Half Executive Search offices in the U.S. and abroad.

Experience

Bryenne has been with Robert Half Executive Search since 2011 and joined the research department in 2013. In her current role, she oversees department operations, team training and development. She also supports all U.S.-based Executive Search offices by developing targeted research and data mining strategies to provide candidate identification and industry and market knowledge for each individual search project. Bryenne is also responsible for supporting the Managing Directors and Principals with market research and strategies to support business development efforts and plays an active role in building and maintaining a database of competitive industry and market knowledge.

Personal and Professional Activities

Bryenne has been involved with several organizations. She participates in events for the Wakefield Alliance Against Violence, raising awareness for domestic violence, as well as the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. She has also helped coordinate efforts for Relay for Life events and has been a dance instructor for community youth programs.

Bryenne graduated Summa Cum Laude from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with minors in marketing and dance performance.
