Ashley Constable

Ashley is a Senior Managing Director with 15 years of talent acquisition experience working with clients across the United States and internationally.

As a member of the founding team for Robert Half Executive Search, Ashley has been a strategic resource for her clients helping to identify, recruit and place successful senior executives across diverse industries and functional areas.

Experience

Ashley began her career with Robert Half Executive Search in 2007 as the first Senior Associate dedicated to candidate development. Ashley has been instrumental in growing the Executive Search division and is considered to be an expert in full lifecycle recruiting. Ashley has extensive expertise in identifying candidates and managing an efficient hiring process for clients looking for key leadership positions such as CEO, COO, CFO, CIO, CMO and CBDO as well as Vice President and Director levels.

Whether working with startup organizations or large, publicly traded companies, Ashley prides herself on providing her clients with a relationship-driven and consultative retained-search engagement process. Ashley builds trusted long-term partnerships with her clients to help place top performers throughout their organization who can advance their business needs and objectives. She takes a customized approach to each search to help her clients build stellar and sustainable leadership teams.

Ashley has extensive functional experience in financial and accounting management, operations, sales and marketing, technology, human resources and general executive management. Ashley’s clients come from a variety of industries including healthcare, insurance, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, technology, consumer products, life sciences, government, real estate, education and non-for-profit.

Prior to Robert Half Executive Search, Ashley worked with a boutique executive search firm where she was a Senior Executive Recruiter specializing in financial services. Her clients were top-tier and regional investment banks, as well as private equity funds and hedge funds that sought to fill corporate executive positions. Ashley began her career at Sanford C. Bernstein in institutional sales.

Personal and Professional Activities

Ashley is an active member of multiple philanthropic organizations, including many that focus on underprivileged women and children. Additionally, Ashley teaches nutrition education to adults and children associated with non-for-profit organizations and community centers.

Ashley has served on several boards including the Board of Trustees and the Long-Range Planning Advisory Committee for Marymount California University.

Ashley is a graduate of New York University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors.
