How organizations plan to change them this year:

Increase: 48%
No change: 48%
Decrease: 4%

Cities with the most companies increasing year-end bonuses:

1. Nashville: 64%
2. Austin: 63%
3. Denver, Minneapolis: 59% (tie)
4. San Diego: 58%
5. Portland, Washington D.C.: 57% (tie)

52% of workers say they expect a year-end bonus.

How they plan to spend that money:

Long-term savings: 52%
Vacation in the new year: 47%
Holiday shopping: 46%
Pay off debt: 46%
Other: 3%
